To become more explosive and athletic, the boys' basketball program is adding a summer SST -- Speed & Strength Training Session for the high school groups.

Description: Training under the direction of the Red Knight coaching staff, these sessions will focus on strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and football skills development. Athletes will receive position specific fundamental work while developing the speed and strength needed to set themselves apart from other football players. Players will also be introduced to the offense and defense of the varsity football program. All high school football players are welcomed and encouraged to attend to prepare themselves for their best performance come fall season.

Description: Hey Red Knights (Current and New) and Boys’ Lacrosse players who want to improve their game — join us for multiple sessions of intensive lacrosse training this summer at BSM.This training camp offers a perfect mix of fun, competition, and focused training for players who are ready to take the next step in their game.
Led by BSM Lacrosse Staff & Alums, sessions will focus on refining key skills—like stick work, footwork, dodging, shooting, and team concepts—while also building on strong foundation in game strategy and teamwork. This program is for current and new student-athletes who are passionate about the sport and committed to improving in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Description: Hey Red Knights (Current and New) and Girls' Lax players who want to improve their game -- join us for multiple sessions of intensive lacrosse training this summer with BSM varsity alums and coaches. We will have conditioning, individual skill training and team concepts. Players will have fun and work hard, helping the girls to grow individually and as teammates.
Samples of activities include: Attacking - dodges and fakes, 1v1s to goal, eluding a double team. Midfield - taking the draw, attacking ground balls and midfield defense. Defense - 1v1s, slides and clears. Extensive stick work drills necessary for the game! Work on small-sided games and larger 7v7 scrimmages.

Description: The Summer Training Program is for high school players who want to up their game and spend time engaged in intense and fun training with their Red Knight teammates over the summer. We are happy to be teaming up with Fortis again this summer! The sessions will be divided between soccer training with the BSM coaching staff and strength and conditioning workouts with Fortis trainers. The first week of August, which is also Captains’ Practice, will have the Fortis trainers working with the captains on stretching and injury prevention at the start of each session.
High school players are strongly encouraged to register for Summer Training. The sessions will be an excellent way for us to train, work out, and build our culture as we prepare for our 2025 season.

Description: The BSM girls soccer staff would like to offer summer training for those girls interested in improving their soccer skills as they prepare for the fall season with focus on ball skills and game concepts.
In conjunction with Deciding Point Tennis - these training sessions will focus on skill development and refinement, learning strategy, as well as mental and physical fitness. Also providing competitive competition.

Training is under the direction of BSM Coaches with a focus on the 3 F's - Fundamentals, Fitness & FUN! The staff will adapt to the needs of the players (whether it be beginners or more experienced). Most time will be spent on hitting/playing with some physical fitness mixed in.

As boys volleyball continues to grow across the state of Minnesota and across the country, BSM will continue to join the trend and field a boys volleyball program! We’ll be transitioning from a club sport to an MSHSL-sanctioned sport over the next couple of years, and we look to continue to grow and strengthen our program. At these training sessions, players will learn the basics and refine their skills to make them competitive volleyball players. Previous experience is not necessary! While attendance is not required for participation in the spring, it is HIGHLY encouraged! These sessions will be led by the BSM Coaching Staff.

These training sessions will be an excellent way to refine their skills and technique before the fall season! Note that the information below is specific to each age group - please read the appropriate section!
6th-8th Grade
These twice-a-week sessions will offer training in all skills and game knowledge, along with volleyball specific conditioning and game-play! No prior volleyball experience necessary, and attendance is not required for participation in the fall, though it is highly encouraged. These sessions will be led by the BSM Coaching Staff.

BSM WRESTLING SUMMER WORKOUTS
Description: Open to beginners and experienced wrestlers. Although Mondays & Wednesdays are lifting focused and Tuesdays & Thursdays are wrestling focused, both the wrestling room and weight room will be available each day.
